Deborah Hummel – Owner.  Manages daily operations of Hummel Title Agency (Downtown office).  Supervises preparation of, and approves, all title insurance commitments and policies.  Handles and oversees closings, signs disbursement checks, and approves changes to title commitments, closing statements and final title policies.

Murray A. Davis, Esq.Owner and Attorney.  Co-manages daily operations of Hummel Title Agency (Bexley office) and oversees operations of four other title agency offices involving over 35 employees.  Supervises preparation of, and approves, all title insurance commitments and policies. Resolves legal issues, oversees closings, signs disbursement checks, and approves changes to title commitments, closing statements and final title policies.  

Jeffrey D. Meyer, Esq.Owner and Attorney.  Co-manages daily operations of Hummel Title Agency and oversees operations of four other title agency offices involving over 35 employees.  Supervises preparation of, and approves, all title insurance commitments and policies. Heather A. Kneisley – Commercial Processor/Closer.  Handles processing of commercial refinance and purchase/sale transactions, delivery of loan packages to lenders and issuance of final title policies.  Assists with obtaining payoffs, processing title, including post closing and lien clearance issues.  Assists with handling client inquiries.  

Erin Crux – Purchase Coordinator/Closer.  Handles processing of refinance and purchase/sale transactions, delivery of loan packages to lenders and issuance of final title policies.  Assists with obtaining payoffs, processing title, including post closing and lien clearance issues.  Assists with handling client inquiries.  

Barbara Kurtz – Purchase Coordinator/Closer.  Handles processing of refinance and purchase/sale transactions, delivery of loan packages to lenders and issuance of final title policies.  Assists with obtaining payoffs, processing title, including post closing and lien clearance issues.  Assists with handling client inquiries.  

Carrie Ramsey – Purchase Coordinator/Closer.  Handles processing of refinance and purchase/sale transactions, delivery of loan packages to lenders and issuance of final title policies.  Assists with obtaining payoffs, processing title, including post closing and lien clearance issues.  Assists with handling client inquiries.  

Katie Gaitten – Administrative Assistant.  Handles receptionist function, ordering title searches, distribution of loan packages, disbursement checks and post-closing issues.  Assists with obtaining payoffs.  Assists with post closing communication and lien clearance issues.  Assists with distribution of final title policies and handling client inquiries.

Bonnie Sauer - Controller.  Handles disbursements of closing proceeds.  Reconciles escrow and operating bank accounts.  Responsible for accounts payable and receivable.  Assists with issuance of final title policies.

Gerald Robins - Title Searcher.  Handles title searches at Franklin County Recorder’s Offices.  Handles emergency title searches in adjacent counties.  Searches liens on title and judgments against property owners.  Assists with determination of property taxes and payment thereof.
